Common Sense E-Mobility Regulation
We support common sense e-bike and e-scooter legislation that keeps pace with evolving technology, prioritizes safety for everyone, and makes effective use of New York’s limited regulatory capacity. That means focusing enforcement and regulation on the rapid proliferation of high-speed “e-motos” - while encouraging the use of the low-speed, legal e-bikes that are delivering clear benefits to New Yorkers.
